Thank you for shopping with Raisa Beauty. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through our online store.

1. Processing Times

Physical Products

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.


During busy periods (sales, new product launches, Christmas season), processing times may extend slightly.

Digital Products

Digital downloads (manuals, templates, guides, etc.) are delivered instantly via email after purchase.

If you do not receive your download, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We currently ship within:

United Kingdom (UK)


International shipping may be added in the future.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail or a trusted courier.

Estimated delivery times:

Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 working days

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days

Tracked 24/48: Available at checkout

Courier services: 1–3 working days (depending on location)


Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

The delivery method selected

The weight of your order

Your delivery location


We aim to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your items arrive safely and securely.

5. Order Tracking

If you select a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Untracked services (e.g., Royal Mail 2nd Class) do not include tracking.

6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Raisa Beauty is not responsible for:

Parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

Lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delays caused by Royal Mail or couriers


If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply to resend it.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours

Include your order number

Attach clear photos of the product and packaging


We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If your parcel does not arrive after the expected delivery time:

Please allow 10 working days (Royal Mail’s policy) before reporting it as lost

Contact us and we will investigate

8. Click & Collect 

Click & Collect from our studio in Mapperley, Nottingham is available You will receive a message when your order is ready for collection.

9. Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated dispatch time will be shown on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise arranged.
