2. Salon Appointments
Booking Policy
Appointments must be booked through our official booking system.
A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.
Booking fees are deducted from the final price of the treatment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Late arrivals may still be charged the full appointment fee.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: cancellation fee applies.
No-shows: 100% of the service will be charged.

3. Courses & Training
Enrollment
By enrolling in a course, you agree you meet all prerequisites.
Access
Course access is granted to one user only.
Sharing course materials is strictly prohibited.
Certification
Certificates are issued only upon full completion of the requirements.
Refunds
Course payments are non-refundable (see refund policy below).
