Precision Structure is an intensive 1:1 in-person training day for i nail technicians who already work with builder gel but want to develop a deeper understanding of structure, product control and retention.
You already know how to apply builder gel.
But knowing how to apply a product and understanding why you're placing it where you are are two very different things.
Natural nails aren't identical. They have different lengths, flexibility, growth directions, C-curves, nail-bed shapes, moisture levels and lifestyle demands.
That means one structure cannot simply be repeated on every client.
During Precision Structure, I teach you to assess the nail first and build according to what you see.
We'll look at how the natural nail influences your preparation, product placement, apex position, stress area, thickness and overall architecture — so you're not simply trying to recreate the same shape on every hand.
A major part of the training is also learning how to diagnose retention problems.
When lifting happens, changing products shouldn't automatically be your first reaction.
Where the lifting appears can give you valuable information. We'll learn to look at the location and pattern of the problem, work backwards through the service and identify whether preparation, application, structure, curing, client factors or aftercare may have contributed.
The goal is not to give you another routine to memorise.
It's to give you the technical understanding to make better decisions when the nail in front of you doesn't match the textbook.
What we'll cover
• Natural nail assessment before product application • Understanding different nail types and growth patterns • Nail and cuticle preparation for structured gel services • Safe e-file preparation • Understanding adhesion and the causes of lifting • Product consistency, quantity and control • Builder gel application and placement • Understanding the apex and stress area • Adapting structure to different natural nails • Creating strength without unnecessary bulk • Side profile, balance and overall architecture • Refining and correcting the structure • Understanding curing and correct lamp use • Identifying different lifting patterns • Working backwards to diagnose retention problems • Understanding the relationship between preparation, structure, product and longevity • Adapting your technique instead of automatically changing products
Who is Precision Structure for?
Precision Structure is designed for qualified nail technicians who already perform builder gel services but don't always feel confident about the decisions behind their application.
It's particularly suited to technicians who experience inconsistent lifting, struggle with apex placement or product control, create structures that sometimes appear flat or bulky, or find themselves following the same application routine regardless of the natural nail underneath.
It's also for the technician who is tired of troubleshooting by changing products and wants to understand what the nail is actually telling her.

Precision Structure isn't about teaching you another builder gel technique.
It's about teaching you to look at the nail, understand what it needs and know why you're making each technical decision.
Because consistent work doesn't come from memorising more steps.
It comes from understanding them.
